What is the best way to do a Bluetooth transfer between my phone and tablet, both running ICS? I want to transfer some of my music and i don't have access to a computer right now

Bluetooth File Transfer app? It's free so it's worth a shot
If you've got access to wifi, Frostwire works great without a computer.

To be honest, use dropbox. If you really want to use a bluetooth connection to transfer the files, I would suggest Astro File Manager to send it.
