bluetooth volume

KChevy your ss4.7 is sweet. Great work on the white notification for Pandora and weatherbug. I have looked, tried, and failed to find a way to make my Bluetooth in-calls volume louder. People have said that it is a Motorola Droid issue, or that it needs to be adjusted in the kernel. Have you any thought or possible fixes? No love withh the "bluetooth volume hack" btw. Thanks. Enjoy the beer:)

I have seen several threads on this, but no conclusion. I have seen people complaining of issues with jabra, jawbone etc. I am using a motorola hx1. Loved this BT with my D1. However on this phone I cant hear during conference calls. I end up taking it off of bluetooth and putting it on my shoulder which SUCKS.....

If we could get a list of people who have this issue and with what bluetooth device that would be great.

Anyone find a resolution to this?

I have a plantronics ( I think that's how you spell it) voyager worked great on my last 2 phones. But with the TB can't hear nothing on it. It is now useless.

Sent from my ADR6400L

I have 3 different motorola devices, an H17TXT, at T505 and a S9HD. All worked great with my winmo phone and all are pratically useless on my TB. I am pissed and hoping that HTC will have a resolution fast

What issues are you having with your S9HD? I have the same headset, and it works fine for me. Now let me say that most of the time when I am using my headset is when I am listening to music or something, but whenever I get a call I can hear just fine and they can hear me just fine.

If you've seen several threads on this, why start another one?

I think personally that it depends on the BT device and the phone. I have a Blue Ant Q1 headset. Loved it when Droids couldn't do BT (this one could). But the moment they gave it BT capability the volume went to a whisper. This is not on the TB , I'm just using it as an example.

I bought an inexpensive Panasonic headset and it worked perfectly. So your only recourse may be to search for a device that does work. Can anyone suggest a BT headset you know will work with the TB for the OP?

I created another thread, because the ones that I had seen, were not on this forum. Is there a rule against this or something? Just figured I would discuss it amongst other droidforums.net members. my bad.......

anyways, for the record, mine is broke with a motorola hx1 which is a NICE bt unit... no dice. sent HTC an email, they said it was a known issue and should be fixed in the OTA
