Bluetooth PAN

For some reason, my Rezound takes upwards of 5 minutes to connect and mount to my laptop for SD transfers and USB tethering.

As such, I'd like to start tethering over Bluetooth using PAN. Does anyone know how to do this? I'm trying to avoid solutions like PDANet, since I frequently switch between Windows and Linux.

Bluetooth on the Rezound does take a long time to connect to my computer. I don't know if it is my conputer or the Rezound

Yeah. Stock rooted. Willing to change though if there's a ROM with PAN support.

Most of the ROMs are focused on ICS, and they're still all based on the stock HTC ROM. There are no AOSP builds yet, which is probably where you'll find PAN support.
