So my RAZR MAXX was running slow and I did a factory reset. I use Pandora in my car and have had no issues up to this reset. Now when I get in the car and Pandora starts, for the first 5 minutes or so the volume is high then goes low for a few seconds then high again and so on. After about 5 minutes, it acts like normal. Any idea what could be causing this? It's very annoying.
