Bluetooth found but not connected

I tried to connect with my Wifes IPhone with my X Bluetooth. The first time the card I sent her went straight through no problem. In fact I was very impressed. So I try again and zip nothing. I got the notice on the IPhone that I had a connection and all was well. My x however said found but no connection. I tried everything I can think of to make the darn thing hook up but I must be missing something. Dang this is frustrating and I feel a bit defeated.
Is there a ap for connecting .?

I had the same with both of my x. Someone told me about dropbox works like a charm but you have to have it on both phones and I think you can add stuff from your computer its a five * app for me and you have to make account but you can use it on multi phones
