Bluetooth/Call waiting

When I have my Droid 2 going through my car's bluetooth and another call comes in, it just makes the call waiting tone but gives no options to switch over. Anyone experience this and figure out how to correct?

I have the same problem on my Droid X, hera the call waiting coming in but when on bluetooth in my car dont know how to flash to the new call.
thanks for any help!
