It might mean email too. From what I could find out...
Blinking Green-You will have a blinking green LED whenever your screen is off and you have a notification (Email, Text, Voicemail, Missed Call) in your notification bar that hasn't been cleared.
Blue-You have an incoming call
Red- Your battery is low
Green-when the battery is low/dead. Inserting the USB/Charging cable will turn on the green LED to show sign of life. The LED will turn off when the battery is charged enough to power up the phone.
And if you have an app like Light Flow, then you can change that.
I've had this issue once or twice before. Typically the next time you have a valid notification (text, email, whatever) simply hit the clear button at the top of the bar, instead of clearing the individual event in the notification area. That clears it for me.
My Droid X2 does this as well...no notifications pending...only does it when unplugged.
I think this is the old "I'm on" kind of blinking light that Motorola would use on it's older phones...though not sure why they would have the light go OFF when the phone is plugged in...maybe it's a "my battery is draining" light?
Anyway...I would also like to turn it off, as it always fools me into thinking I have an actual notification pending.
So "Light Flow" can over-ride this "I'm on" light?
