Blank space in notifications

I just started having this issue, I don't think I installed any apps that would cause it, and restarting the phone did not solve the issue. Its very annoying, has anyone else had this problem? There was no space when i first upgraded to ics, but note there is...

HELP! :)

I don't have any new apps, but maybe one that I updated now has a notification... Is there any way to check what notifications are active?

I may be missing this OP's concerns but is the concern that there is a space between the question mark and the notifications to the left? Is it possible that certain notifications may prefer (justification) either left, middle or right-most positioning on the bar? Just speculating, and sorry if I am totally off-base. It seems my radar has been somewhat obscured of late from what I've seen of comments.

No, I've had this phone and the same apps since the RAZR came out, and these icons have always been left justified. Here is another example with the gmail app, there is clearly a single space missing.

It makes sense for an unknown app to have inserted an invisible icon, bit I can't think what app that would be.

Mine is doing this too, it suddenly started this morning - stock, no root. I've installed no new apps or updates. I was going to reboot to see if that would fix it.

*edit, used google, got educated... Still doesn't solve the problem though. Does anyone know a way to list active notifications?

I have it too. Right now I have the keyboard in the left side of the notification bar then a space then my smart actions and I have no apps installed that have a notification reminder
