best way to migrate to 32 gig sd card

I'm on the Motorola Droid 1, running BB v.05. I have titanium backup. I'd like a clean migration, so what should I do for a clean migration? I'm guessing a stupid way would be to make a backup of my current SD and just drop it on the new card. Any help would be appreciated. I have also formatted the card on my pc.

I'd format the card via the Droid. The Droid doesn't support all the same filesystems that your PC does.

Just copy everything to the new card.
