Best Twitter Widget?

I dont use Twitter so I dont know which one is the best. Its for my brother. Any ideas?

I am looking for the best Widget, not just the best app.

I use Android Pro Widgets, it's similar to the widgets from Launcher Pro. You can also theme them from the market.
