I am sure there are a few good combination. My favorite Froyo combo was .340 and Liberty 2.0.1. I tried out a lot of roms on froyo (i.e., Rubix, Apex, and Liberty, just to name a few) and Liberty seemed to fit me best. I am now running Deodexed GB .595. I haven't installed a rom or a theme as of yet. I'm not really sure if Liberty GB ROM is even compatible with .595.
I guess the point of this thread is for you guys to post your favorite Gingerbread combo: GB Version, ROM, Theme, and ect. Feel free to post screenshots! Let us know what you like about your current set up.
