Best free document viewer

What is the best free document viewer out there? Currently I am trying Documents to go ,free version.

only two i know of are:google docs and docs to go. (they both has a free and paid version...i think) don't know which one is better as i've only used them a handful of times.

docs to go has a better spreadsheet.
the gdocs spreadsheet is strange.
