Best carrier choice for Nexus 4

I am on Verizon now but hate the fees and capped data. I am grabbing a nexus 4 tomorrow and am wondering what's my best carrier option? I do not wanna deal with contracts anymore so leaning toward

1. T-Mobile monthly 4g
2. Straight Talk
3. Solavei

Any input is appreciated.
