best backup restore (nonrooted)

Is there a backup restore for apps?, if so, what's the best one?

To backup apps with their data I'm pretty sure you need to be rooted. If you just want the apps without the data, let Google handle that.

Not sure if it's the best but MyBackup does apps, data, call logs, bookmarks, etc... for non-rooted.
