Belkin USB car chager

I have a Belkin micro USB car charger for my ipod. Does anyone know if it is OK to use as a Droid car charger? The lit says it is OK for iphone and mobile phones including Blackberry. But I don't want to destroy my Droid finding out. Anyone have any idea?

I wouldn't worry about destroying your Droid. Micro USB is a standard...any USB port/charger should do fine.

Any micro USB charger is supposed to work, though how quickly it charges may depend on the power rating of the charger. Ideally, you want one with specs that match or exceed what is on the OEM charger.
