Beautiful Widget Slowed Down Motorola Droid

I purchased Beautiful Widgets a while back for my Motorola Droid 1 a while back and noticed a huge lag with my phone so I completely stopped using the app.

I did not have the app running with full detailed graphics nor did I have the widget refresh frequently at all.

Anyone else face the same problem? And have the developers of BW provide a fix yet?

Same, I've never noticed any sort of lag with it and I currently have 2 widgets with it (home screen and lock screen).

I am using BW, BW live wallpaper, and several widgets and haven't seen any lag.

I don't have any lag, but the BW clock is never right. It seems to freeze sometimes (usually in the morning). The weather stays frozen too. Really annoying. I'm gonna switch to a different ROM to see if that helps.

I downloaded BW last weekend on my new (stock) X....all works fine....no lag, clock works without issue, weather updates fine, all shortcuts on the numbers/symbols are working.

You have to restart your Home (launcherpro or adw or whatever). I'm not sure what causes this issue, but restarting it gets the widgets to work again.

The Droid X has a 1ghz processor, so it's not a fair comparisant to the original Motorola Droid.

I have reinstalled BW and it's been working ok, still a little slow, but I'm only using the 4x1 widget with 2 hour refresh rates.

I wonder if my Weather Bug app is conflicting with my BW?

I'm not rooted and I don't have a lag with BW.

Rooted Droid 1. I gave up on BW about a month ago. Constant freezes of the clock, not putting up with it anymore.
