Does anyone have a good app for this feature? lik the blackberry had one called battry puller but i cant find one similar in the market. Thanks to all

do you want something to just reboot/turn off the phone? if so thats quickboot

Absolutely, totally, unnecessary. There is no way you should be pulling the battery like on the Droid. If you find a need to do this then you probably have an issue with your Droid. And it's probably one that can easily be fixed.
