battery bug?

I've been on the charger for a few hours now and it shows battery level as "99% - charged". If you go the the lock screen it says "charged". Shouldn't it say 100%? The battery icon still has a lightning bolt on it (not sure if it's supposed to go away when charged).

Ok just an update. I rebooted and it seemed to kick off charging the final %. The icon still shows a bolt, but the battery screen in settings shows 100% now.

That's normal when it says charged, it means it's fully charge.
