Bar code scanner not working.

I installed Bar code scanner from the market onto my Druid. Take the picture, it beeps, then I place the label or store name from it's data base. After I do that, I go back and all I have under the store name is the numbers. It is not giving me the bar code or the icon.
What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting or something. I placed about 7 differnent stores and received the same result for all of them.
