Bad Droid 2????

I have been having the following problem's
1. Turning off randomly
2. Changes my ringtone to whatever it feels like playing for that call
3. Text messages the same thing plays what ever it chooses
4. text message tone just keeps playing no matter what I hit

Any Ideas? I have had mine for 2 months now

Do you have any task killers and any recent new apps?? Or has this been going on the whole time?

I had advanced task killer but removed it (by the advice of this forum) but i got the app Juice defender could that be it? I'm just looking for a SOLID app to save battery life
