Bad battery?

I laid down my phone so I can go to bad at 5am, it was at 70% battery life. 8.5 hours later I wake up and it had dropped to 39% with no one touching it. The only thing I have running in the background is smart battery and advanced task killer, anything else is stock with the phone.

Look in your about phone>battery use settings and see what is using your battery. Post the percentages here.

Cell standby: 6%
Android system: 6%
Swype: 5%
Auto task killer: 2%
Droid forums: 2%
Sensorserver_ya: 2%

I have no clue what that last one is.

Get rid of task killer!!! You don't need it. It causes more problems then its worth.

I just installed it last night, because I was having problems. I didn't notice a significant increase or decrease in the battery life.

My phone has been un plugged for 20 min and is down to 94% already, with not a lot of use. I even turned down my brightness.

The majority of the things in your battery report are things that drain the battery when the phone is on. One tip that may help standby time is going into settings>wifi>wifi settings amd then hitting the menu key. There is a hidden advanced setting to never sleep wifi. This should help.
