backup rooted fascinate

Hi all,

I've read through many of the newbie type threads and can't find what I'm looking for.

I've rooted my new fascinate and want to back it up before I go makeing any changes, what is the best way to back-up my fascinate for a full recovery if necessary?

btw, lovin all the stuff I read up on, great job to all!!!

You can download my backup pro from the marketplace and that will backup your apps, contacts, pictures, sms, mms data.

If you rooted your phone correctly, you should have clockworkmod red. Boot into recovery mode and create a nandroid backup there.
