Is there a way to backup or restore droid?

I woudl love to know this myself. A complete backup like desktop manager did on my blackberry. Where it backs up apps, sms, pics, numbers..

It's done automatically for you

settings/accounts and sync

no need for software. those days are gone : )

once you log into google, everything will be restored. Won't save sms's though.

your pics are saved to the sd and yes your paid and free apps saved as well.

I soooo want to believe you beacuse they are about to reset my phone to factory specs. Now what do I do??

theres an app called mybackup that does this- its got v good reviews - not tried it personally as its $$$
