Backup App that saves homescreen icons and widgets?

I am looking for an application that will backup the configuration of my homescreens to the SD card, and that can restore that configuration after a reset.

Does such an application exist?

titanium backup seems to save the icons, but not the widgets if i remember correctly.

the whole nandroid thing works pretty well for me. It seems to backup everything!

yes, this is true. a nandroid restore will restore your phone exactly as it was when you saved it including all your icons and widgets.
