backing up all settings and apps

Is there an equivalent of itunes for doing the above? Im looking for a secure method, thats hopefully not just on the cloud

If you are rooted titanium back up works really well.

Test that app. I use it primarily for mms/SMS but it has more options to backup system setting and apps. Saves to sdcard

Pretty sure backup master required no root...
Just test first ...
