Back up assistance help! (Contacts)

Hi. So when I flash new roms and when I use backup assist, the contacts numbers are listed in the note area of the contact.. I'm tired of manually inserting contacts. Help me!

its a lot of work but sync your contacts to gmail. it works perfect everytime
