Back to stock from rubiX 2.01

Is it as simple as:

1) Do a full titanium backup (apps/data)
2) Reboot into recovery
3) Install my update.zip that was of my stock system before installing rubiX
4) Done.

Do I need to wipe Data/Cache from recovery, then install the update.zip?
