Back to froyo ?

So tired of the crap from gingerbread. It took over 5 hours to download so i knew something was not right... It was an OTA install. No freezing but constant reboots... Etc.

Husband is deployed and I need to fix this. Its my only way of contact.

How do I uninstall gingerbread ASAP ?
