Anyone have Awesome Drop installed ?

Looks similar to dropbox...I like having the account better, can keep everything in one folder on my computer and download to my phone if/when i flash a new rom or something.

Does look convenient though as it requires no account and it looks like it just syncs like gmail would.

There isn't anything to "get" on your computer. You just go to Dashwire Labs, enter the 4 digit code it gives you into the app on your phone, then drag files into the box on the webpage.

Went to the Dashwire site. It said my browser didn't support it so I downloaded Google chrome. I get to the web page and it say download here. I click on it and nothing happens.

downloaded firefox also. went to the Awesome drop web-site. clicked on download now and got this message"Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (market) isn't associated with any program."

You install the app on your phone. You go to the webpage on ANY computer that has files you want to copy to your phone.

The webpage on each visit will give you a 4 digit number. Enter that number into the app on the phone. Drag pictures, files, .mp3s etc... from the computer to the browser window and they will be pushed to your phone.
