Auto End Tasks in TaskManager Moto

Question.. Which applications is everyone "Autoending"? I literally put 90% of the apps on there to autoend but i dont know if i should..

My thinking tells me anything say like Twidroid that i want to still update when the phone goes to "Sleep" i should leave off that list.. Am i correct in that thinking obviously? Are there any things i should definatley leave OFF that list? Like any processes that are system vital?

Don't use a task manager they do you no good anyway
