Authorizing Purchase?

Sorry if this is something normal when buying apps but I have only downloaded free apps until this point. I downloaded Speedx 3d and for the last 30 minutes it has been saying authorizing purchase and hasn't downloaded yet, i've gotten the confirmation email as well but it continues to say authorizing purchase. Is there something out of the ordinary going on with the download or does it typically do this when buying apps? Thanks for any help.

cancel and try again its an easy fix just dont hit refund
