Not to be critical, but shouldn't you have advised me of that in your first response? How do I "back it up" and how do I get the data back into my phone after the factory reset?

You're trying to enable defaults. Are you wanting to reset back to stock or just settings in an application? If you do want to do a full reset, make sure all your photos are uploaded off the phone via Google photos, dropbox or connecting it directly to your PC. For phone contacts and messages you can use Verizon Cloud can back them up. Verizon Cloud - Android Apps on Google Play
Also your phone # shouldn't be in the Current Phone Model. That is for your Device type.

I never advised you to do anything. If you are looking for help, try posting the required information such as phone model and year and exact issues. The nonsense you posted in post 1 tells us very little.
