ASUS TF700 bogging down...BAD

My ASUS TF700 is almost becoming worthless to me due to bogging down. It's running 4.2.1

About the only thing I can use it for is reading books. Surfing the web has become a royal pain in the butt due to it bogging down.

What's my solution to this?
