I saw this on the Asus North America Facebook Page:

Today ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity will receive Android 4.2 Jellybean over the air!
We're pleased to announce that this is the first Full HD tablet to get Jelly Bean! Learn more: Android 4.2 Update Released for the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity (TF700)

The link indicates the new firmware build is 10.6.1.14.4.

New features included in the update:

Upgrade to Android Jelly Bean 4.2

Multiple account login for up-to 4 user accounts
ASUS Screen Saver in DayDream Feature​

New app:

Parental Lock
New Camera AP​

New function:

Lock screen wallpaper​

Improvement:

New UI for ASUS IME.
Set Ethernet settings as default ON.​
