Arrange Icons in Folders

How can icons within folders be arranged? Any apps added to a folder always end up at the bottom of the folder. Would like to be able to force arrangement alphabetacally or move an icon from on place to another similar to how they can be moved on the home screens.

The same developer has Folder Organizer. I is very nice but I believe it is a paid app ($1.00).
