Are they still replacing OG droids with OG droids under warranty/insurance?

refurbished Orig. droid

Yes they are, I swapped one yesterday.
I just have not had good luck with the refurbished ones.
Power button keeps going out in about 3 months.
The one I just got the battery door catches on one side were not catching the hooks on the door so I had to call for another one.
Not a really big deal since they pay the shipping but it adds 2 more days before I get a good working phone every time they have to ship out a replacement to the replacement.

They are also getting very reluctant to send replacements out unless it is clean cut dry problem with the phone that is under warranty.
