Are there any larger than 4.3 droids on the horizon?

My only issue with the bionic is that it turned out to be 4.3"

I am wanting a larger size...

Are there any on the horizon? to be out in 2011?

The Galaxy Tab is 7" and the Xoom is 10".

The Droid Prime (Nexus Prime), is supposed to be 4.5" - 4.65" depending on the rumor you follow.
