It's pretty straight forward. They have a flat fee instead of eBay's fees that change depending on the sale price.

Front facing speakers are a HUGE deal. I've owned four devices with them and extremely disappointed with HTC and Google for not carrying on with them to better develop. Honestly front facing speakers should be standard on ALL Android phones, leave the downward speakers to Apple.
