Appstore advertise with external link

Dear Android Community!

I have the following question for you: Can you advertise on the AppStore for a mobile version of the game without offering a downloadable app? That would be almost an external link to a Flash or HTML5 version of a game but designed for smartphones and tablets. Only there's just no app to download. Does that work?

I doubt it i don't think Google would allow that.
