Apps not loading

Running the DX with 2.2 OTA...I go to run a application and it does not load new and current data. ie Facebook.

I load facebook and it just says Loading Data and than times out...Same with Droidforum.net APP and many other news type applications.

Any ideas on a fix?

Yes. Settings/applications/manage applications/all applications/market. Clear data and cache. That should fix it.
