Apps crashing?

Over the past few months I've had the occassional freeze up(maybe 2-3 every 3 weeks or so, oddly clustered normally). Yesterday the phone decided to reboot itself, and again today. Went and did a hard reset of the phone as well as formatting the cache partition. So far no reboot since(only been a few hours though) but I installed a log reader and noticed several of these lines popping up both before the reinstall of everything and now as well:

12-02 21:00:00.733 I/ActivityManager( 1082): Process com.google.android.apps.reader (pid 1734) has died.
12-02 21:00:00.741 I/WindowManager( 1082): WIN DEATH: Window{44ac2a18 com.google.android.apps.reader/com.google.android.apps.reader.app.StreamListActivity paused=false}

Is this normal or is it a sign of something bad?

it looks like everything keeps working and the phone still hasn't rebooted. Is this just part of the memory management stuff? At one point the google voice services even died, but the system had restarted them shortly after.

Anybody else see this in their logs or am I alone?
