Apps button vibrates when you touch - how to turn off?

I messed with some settings, and can't figure out how to fix this.

Originally when you touched the apps button, it loaded the apps screen without vibration. Now the phone vibrates when I took the apps button (along with a brief 'flashing' of the apps button).

How do you fix this?

I got a new phone, so doesn't matter now
