applications not working with droid incredible

With my Droid Incredible, a couple of applications when i open them are saying the following: "The application AccuWeather Quick [as an example] (process com.accuweather.android) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." then it gives me two options: "force close" and "report". I've deleted the apps and then reinstalled but it's still happening. Why? Is there someone wrong with the application itself or do i need to change a setting somewhere?

I have gotten that on an application I have. I went to the developers website and they said to please send the reports. It helps them update the information. I sent the crash report and there was an update in like 3 days and it hasn't crashed for me since but there have been several updates since I read that too
