Application for Editing .csv files

I'm currently in search of a program that can edit .csv files. I use a time track program that exports out .csv files, but before sending it in to my company, i need to manually edit a few of the options it displays. I've tried documents to go, which unfortunately doesnt support .csv files, and havent had much other luck in my searching. Does anyone know of a program that can do this?

i know, its the only program ive read about that works with documents, but docstogo doesnt handle .csv files

I just tried with DocsToGo...and yeah, no dice on the .csv file I used.

The publisher "OpenIntent" seems to have some stuff related to .csv files and timesheet stuff. Maybe give their stuff a once over.

i emailed myself a csv file and both docstogo and quick office were ASSOCIATED with the CSV file but could not open them. weird.
