Apple sues Motorola Mobility over Qualcomm license

Apple really has turned to the whole, "I am taking my ball and going home mentality". Just because they are not on top anymore they have to sue everyone they can to try and bankrupt the competition. Just gets worse and worse every week it seems.

I think Apple went to the same "School of Bull Shi...)as Al Gore...I mean he invented the internet according to him.

It is just getting out of hand, with this new one plus the lawsuit they are trying to that Samsung can't import the Nexus into the US. There has to be some sort of line drawn somewhere, course as long as the good side keeps winning I guess Apple can waste it's money. I would hate for a ban to be put on Motorola equipment, I know that for sure.

Their increase in patent lawsuits clearly demonstrates weakness and fear. They are desperately trying to slow the Android gauntlet.

I'm surprised they want to start this fight. They act like they think their products are pure as the wind driven snow.

That wont stop apple.. they are above the law ... well they like to think...

Give it a year. When "Motoogle" is dominant the monopoly charge will surface...

And with $100 Billion in cash I don't see this ending anytime soon. Out of control litigation only prevents innovation.

There is a solution. People should stop buying their products period. Boycott their crap.

You know how bad I want a Mac air but will never buy it simply because of all of this that's going on? I'd rather just not buy that product

To be fair, Apple probably has an army of in-house lawyers. And, well, those guys need to justify their jobs. Judging from some of the patents Apple is going after these days trying to "own" obvious future developments (despite having little more than an idea, the uniqueness of which appears to be their desire to patent it) they clearly have some time on their hands.
