I searched for rar extractor in the market and it brought up 12 results. Root explorer is a good one if your rooted, file expert is free. There is also an app called winrar but no comments have been posted, it must be a new app.
I used an app called Unrar from the android market.I use the pro version but im sure free will work too.Use the app to navigate to the split archive withe .rar ending and click on the uncompress button. If you dont have one of the split archives with .rar ending then choose the one with .r00.
NB: Make sure all the split archives are in the same folder.
