Is there an app that will let me hide the status bar? I had Home++ installed buy my phone became very sluggish after use with some kind of memory leak. I think Home++ was causing the problem so I went back to stock but now that I am back on the stock, the blaring white status bar makes any combination of my widgets and icons look off no matter what. Is there anything I can do besides use a home alternative or root? I really have no interest in rooting my Droid unless I absolutely have to.
