There is an app that will turn your droid into a talking/listening multi-lingual translator, called "Talk to Me". Basically the app will take anything you say (or type in) and translate it (spoken and written) into your language of choice, as long as you choose Spanish, French, German, Italian, English (UK), or English (US). You can send the translated text via sms or email or just have the Droid speak it.
