App that will stream college football?

Does anybody out there know if there is such an app. I would really love to see the Cotton Bowl, but due to my schedule i can't get out of work. Any help is appreciated.

WatchESPN...but your cable provider would need to be a participating member, mine is Time Warner and I've watched both NCAA football and basketball via that app...
