best one to me is TEMP MONITOR.

I think I miss understand you question.

You need an app to tell the temp of your phone? No right? Oops never mine man.
I don't know of any app that will do that. Sorry.

I think he need an app that will tell him the temp out side. Like the weather I guess.

If that's the case, yes, that or maybe Beautiful Widgets or any weather app. But maybe the O/P wants an app to read room temperature. If that's the case I don't know of an app.

To the O/P, what exactly do you want to know the temperature of?

I think he wants current ambient temp.. i.e. the temp in the room/area where he is physically. This does not exist as no phone has an external temp sensor.

I don't think this would work at all

You basically have to options:
1. Droid's temperature gauge
2. External temperature gauge

Anything used to measure temperature on the Droid itself would be considerably affected by the hardware, giving inaccurate readings. So you're basically left with pulling from outside sources such as Beautiful Widgets and WeatherBug
